Current 2007 projects are a new 63 room boutique hotel is underway at the corner of US 41 North and Retta Esplanade.The new (Sheraton) 103 room, mixed-use project on the waterfront at the US 41 bridge has submitted for building permits.The Sun loft project at the corner of Marion and Taylor is now forming walls and we should see a completed 80,000 sf mixed use project completed by summer 2008.
